The Bruges Sand Festival features antiques, brocante as well as a lot of other curiosities. This year the first Sunday in June, July, August and the fourth Sunday in September. Stalls are set up on 't Zand and the surrounding area.

On August 15, 16, and 17, the traditional Lace Days will take place once again, this year with a new look. This time, the activities will be spread across two locations. This will enable the organisers to offer a wider range of activities: exhibitions, workshops, a second-hand market, a cafeteria, etc. The large refectory of the nearby Sint-Leocollege seemed like a suitable place to host part of this two-part event.
